Apple to hold Special Event on February 28th
According to ilounge.com, Apple will be holding a special event on February 28th. Should we be looking forward to the new iPod? I’m actually saving to buy a new Mac Mini, so I would be happy with a new Intel driven Mini.
vPod - Free Windows iPod Transfer Utility
I love free software, and vPod fits the bill nicely. vPod is a program for transferring music to your iPod from Windows. This utility is a nice alternative to itunes. I personally like the way itunes works, but plenty of people do not.

iTunesLove.com is a site for music lovers to share songs they find on iTunes that they think are great & want to promote. It’s an interesting site in that the site is done with AJAX, like digg.com. So voting results are live.

A nice deal over at pc microstore for a Young Micro Apple ipod skin and charger for only $9.99. These are pretty nice protective skins for your ipod, and a car charger thrown in as well, sweet.

I love YouTube.com, next to iflim.com, it’s my fav place to find videos. I ran across this excellent how-to video on making a podcast with Quicktime and your mac. Watch it here.
Free Mozart download for your ipod
In celebration of Mozart’s 250th B-Daythis Danish website has several of his symphonies available for free download, in high quality 256kbps. A great entry into classical music if you aren’t familiar with it.
